These terms govern your use of Automation Academy, operated as a sole proprietorship. By purchasing or using our courses you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

You are buying access to a library of pre-recorded educational video sessions and the downloadable material that goes with them. You are not buying a certification, placement assistance, mentoring, one-to-one support, or any guarantee of a job or salary outcome.

2. Access and licence

On successful payment we send an access link to the email address you provide at checkout. Access is granted to you personally for your own learning, for as long as we operate the service.

You may not:

• share, forward, resell or publish your access link or the course material;
• download, record, re-upload or redistribute any video;
• use the material to run your own course, bootcamp or coaching service.

We may revoke access without refund if we find material being shared or redistributed.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are charged as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card details. The amount charged is always the price shown on our product pages at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds

Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before you pay.

5. Independence and outcomes

Educational content only. Automation Academy is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, the Playwright project, or any other tool or company named in these courses; all trademarks belong to their respective owners. Course outcomes depend on the effort you put in — we do not guarantee employment, placement or a salary increase. Code and configuration shared in the sessions are teaching material provided as-is; review and test anything before using it in production.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the material available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Sessions may be updated, reorganised, re-recorded or replaced over time as the tools change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime, or indirect losses of any kind arising from the use of the material.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, write to support@growthacademy.shop first — we respond by email and aim to resolve issues directly.
